Weekly Prayer Circle

 

Members meet weekly for 90 minutes in small groups called 'prayer circles', after the Quaker model. An emphasis is given to silent prayer and meditation. 

 

Meetings include free prayer, scripture study, and a sermon.

Holy Sacraments

 

House of Piety clergy offer Holy Communion each Sunday and on request to all baptized Christians. 

 

Baptism, chrismation, confession, matrimony and ordination are also offered.

Ministry Training

 

House of Piety trains lay ministers, counselors, and prayer instructors to lead weekly prayer circles. 

 

It also trains applicants for Ordination to the diaconate and presbytery.
